My client seeks a Manager of Customer Support to deliver superior service and ensure satisfaction. The ideal candidate will take on the following tasks:
  • Manage a staff of Customer Support representatives (10+ reports)
  • Deliver timely and accurate customer service
  • Ensure teams meet all service metrics including timeliness and quality
  • Design and implement improved processes and operational policies
  • Recommend changes to products or services to fulfill customer needs
  • Support sales team  
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
  • Demonstrated management experience 
  • Experience measuring stats, meeting metrics, and running and analyzing reports
